Nature and the beauty of the countryside inspire me. I appreciate all the seasons and particularly enjoy catching the light and warmth of a summer's day.

 

For many years I worked as a graphic illustrator and now enjoy the freedom to depict images that personally capitvate me. I paint in oils and love their rich creamy texture and luscious effects.

 

I have had my work displayed in a number of local exhibitions and have also had a group of my paintings shown at the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.

 

I have recently completed a History of Art Degree at Oxford Brookes University. This has shown me the resolve of artists throughout the ages to reflect the world around them, whilst catching images that truly inspire them.
